I practice Inner Light and Sound as taught by Christopher Tims… this could be called Surat Shabd Yoga but his teachings arent limited to that. I formerly practiced Guru Siyag Siddha Yoga. Yes, the mahamantra of guru siyag is still to be released only on Thursday unless things have changed. Some of his students went crazy when they thought it was time to release it publicly.
