normally, as a liquidarian, I urinate quite a bit. but since starting with Vita Biosa, Anae's minerals and consuming water, I urinate less.

For the most part, evacuation has been easy on this liquid diet. However, I am starting to notice a bit of "thickness" and "heaviness" early in the morning and think that an enema will clear this up.
