normally, as a liquidarian, I urinate quite a bit. but since starting with Vita Biosa, Anae’s minerals and consuming water, I urinate less.

I am starting to feel stopped up. I’m going to get a colon cleansing product. Nature’s Secret AM/PM cleanse is my favorite.

For the most part, evacuation has been easy on this liquid diet. However, I am starting to notice a bit of “thickness” and “heaviness” early in the morning and think that an enema will clear this up.

For some reason, when I woke up, some vomitus (about a handful) shot up out of my throat. It was acrid, burning.

My belly has gotten larger since starting liquid dieting. I presume this is a temporary situation.
