   Somebody’s got to have a lien on that place. Too good to be true? How motivated are the sellers? Is it a mortgage default? Hell, I just might come and visit. lol I’d make sure the toilet drains good. Those sea level homes will have high insurance and tax rates that will scare a body inland.

   You’re going down there shortly aren’t you? I’m suspicious. You? Hell of a deal for winter palace though. If the ocean level stays put with no hurricanes. Or that price ain’t a screw up. Or it’s a flea trap. Or …

   I dont know the background of it. It’s already under contract. Yes, the problem with a lot of good deals is they need repeair.

   I live in Boynton Beach, FL NOW.

   I think winter is even uncomfortable in Florida… you have to be in South Texas or Cali to avoid cold.

   You go to Texas and I’m calling the guys with white jackets to straigtjacket your ass. lol Have a good time. Just saw today that the ocean will only go up half of what it was going to a month ago. Must be you’re retaining all that water, eh? lol
