Living Cosmos

Bob Frissel's understanding makes sense to me. we are on a journey of
Mastery.  Physical Immortality is one level of mastery, physical mastery
with conscious participation.  That's my present understanding.  I have a
sense of realizing myself as a flow of light energy, something like a river,
ever flowing, ever changing even when appearing to remain the same.  And,
that the potential of this is without limit.
